At the start of every academic year, registration procedures and enrollment flow charts are prepared for students to serve as guidelines.

     A student must officially register within the scheduled registration period. However, registration can be extended for a grace period of five (5) days for late registrants with imposed fines for late registration.

Cross Enrollment/Registration

Within the university
     No student shall be registered in any other college or department without the permission of the Dean of the College where the student is primarily enrolled.

From Another Institution
     No student registered in any other institution shall be admitted to the University without a written permit to cross enroll from the Dean or Registrar in that Institution. The permit shall state the number of units he or she is authorized to take in the University.
