- To produce graduates that are effective, efficient, and profitable in organizing MICE event.
- To produce graduates equipped with various knowledge in managing travel and tour services, tour guiding activities, and tourism marketing programs.
- To produce tourism graduates that value and nurture the CARAGA culture that will enrich tourism experience.
- To strenthen skills in the field of research.

Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship
Program Education Objectives (PEO)
To produce graduates within 2 to 5 years that will:
- Engage in a business.
- Manage and operate a business.
- Assume managerial position in the field of Business Development, Corporate Planning and other related positions in the corporate or Public organizations or Non-Government organizations.
Program Outcomes
The graduates have the ability to:
- Demonstrate corporate citizenship and social responsibility.
- Perform the basic functions of management such as planning, organizing, staffing, directing, leading and controlling.
- Apply information and communication technology (ICT) effectively and efficiently.
- Work effectively with other stakeholders and manage conflict in the workplace.
- Select the proper decision tools to critically, analytically and creatively solve problems and drive results.
- Analyze/Scan the environment to determine business opportunities and develop their profitability profiles from which entrepreneurial ventures can be selected from.
- Prepare a business plan.
- Operate and manage the enterprise observing good governance and social responsibility.
