CSU delegates marched with pride and eagerness during the grand parade of the Mindanao Association of State Tertiary Schools Inc. (MASTS) Culture and Arts Festival 2023. They were greeted with smiles and cheers not only from the students of the University of Southern Mindanao (USM) but also from the local community.
The hospitable gestures shown by the host university and the community made the delegates feel that they are truly welcome and valued.
