Caraga State University Cabadbaran City warmly welcomes the presence of the newly installed Officer-in-Charge for the Office of the Chancellor , Dr. Rowena P. Varela on March 23, 2023 at the Chancellor’s Office.
The turnover of the University Mace was attended by the University President, Dr. Rolyn C. Daguil, together with the outgoing OIC, Chancellor, Dr. Deomila A. Basnig, the Vice Presidents, CSUCC Directors, Deans and other CSU key officials.
The designation is by virtue of the 74th CSU Board of Regents Meeting held in NEMSU, Lianga Campus on March 22, 2023.
